Effective and soft fitness training
Spinning® is a very effective form of exercise that can improve your physical fitness quickly. Accessible and easy to get started, everyone can participate in spinning classes. You adjust the resistance setting for the bike, so beginners and experienced spinners can train side by side. The instructor paces the class with terrain and music selections to add atmosphere and challenge.
It is good to drink water before, during and after class. If you are a beginner, it’s good to come to the class well ahead of time, as this allows time for the instructor to help you make the appropriate adjustments to the bike. In doing so, training becomes safer, more effective and more fun.
Some of our centers offer lighter, easy Spinning classes, which may be a good place to start. If you want to try spinning, you don’t need any special equipment; normal training clothes and shoes are sufficient. If you decide to continue spinning, please get cycling shoes and padded cycling pants as they will make pedaling more efficient and comfortable.
