The ways in which your body utilizes and maximizes your diet also improves, allowing the body to burn more calories.

Choose from many different forms of training

Here at Nautilus, you can improve your fitness in many different ways. Rowing machines, cross trainers, exercise bikes, skiing machines and treadmills are all sources of good conditioning. In many of our centers, you can also attend various group exercise classes, such as Zumba, yoga and other fitness classes. Swimming also improves your fitness level. Nautilus Gyms are located in connection with a swimming pool, so the membership fee includes access to swimming activities.

Feel free to combine fitness training with strength training to get good, varied workout. Training two to three times a week establishes a good foundation.
