You can arrange a free introductory visit and guidance on site at Nautilus, by phone or send an email and we will contact you. You can buy the membership directly from our secure online store with a monthly fee or pay the fee for the entire membership period at once. You can access it here:




At the beginning of your introductory session, a 15-minute health consultation will be conducted, during which a health questionnaire card will be filled out. This consultation session helps us to map out your previous training background, your current situation and goals, as well as develop a path to achieving those goals. After the health consultation, a beginning program is made. You will be taken for a gym tour with our staff, during which you will be acquainted with the equipment and proper methods of using the equipment available to you. The total duration of your free introductory session is about 60 minutes.

Health guidance

Health guidance is for you. We know that it is challenging to maintain a regular training schedule and to achieve your desired results. This is why we want to make getting started as easy as possible by beginning with health guidance. You can start with a 15-minute Health Guide (1) or a 60-minute Health Guide (1 and 2).

Health guidance (1)

Your instructor will welcome you when you enter the Nautilus Gym. You’ll get to know each other and then sit down to go over your exercise and health habits, what you want to achieve from your training and what types of training you like. Based on your needs, your instructor will make the best possible plan according to the equipment available within the fitness center. The next step can be developing a personalized gym program, trying out group exercise, meeting with a personal training or swimming.

Health guidance (2)

You will receive a personal training program based on a needs analysis. Your instructor will go through it with you and you can try the program from the warm-up to the end until you feel at home with the movements and exercises included in your program. Your instructor will write the exercises and movements, weights and settings on your training program card so you know what are the optimal settings for you to begin your training journey. Your instructor will also recommend other types of training that you might want to try. These additional types of training may include group exercise classes or swimming.


You will meet your instructor no later than a month later to conduct a follow-up session as part of our health guidance process. In doing this, we make sure that you are satisfied with your training program and fitness center’s offerings.
